Guarantee

All products we sell to consumers are covered by the statutory guarantee. This means that a product must meet the standards you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect from it.

If a product breaks down within its expected lifespan or does not comply with the terms of the contract, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement free of charge. If a repair or replacement is not possible or cannot be carried out within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

The statutory guarantee is not the same as a fixed guarantee period. How long you are entitled to the statutory guarantee depends, amongst other things, on the type of product, the price, the information provided about the product and what you can reasonably expect from the product.

The statutory guarantee applies in addition to any supplementary manufacturer’s or seller’s guarantee. A commercial guarantee may give you additional rights, but does not affect your statutory rights. We do NOT offer any supplementary manufacturer’s or seller’s guarantee on our products unless this is explicitly stated.

Are you having a problem with a product? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
